Used Tub Grinders - 2001 Hogzilla 1564 Tub Grinder/Tire Shredder: T02208. Hogzilla makes a very heavy duty, high production machine, and this machine is no exception. It is a 2001 Model 1564 with a brand new Tire Grinding option that has just been installed, and it can process 12-15 ton per hour of 2” rubber chips. The Hogzilla is powered by a 1000 hp Cat engine that had a major rebuild done on it in 2006. There is a magnetic head pulley on the discharge conveyor to recover the steel from the tires. This machine has been mostly used to shred tires, but it has the conversion kit to make it into a very high production wood grinder as well.
