The Foundation Luz y Verdad de Avellaneda is a NGO, by more of 20 years, has been making between their main activities to be the 'Eduardo Alfonso and Delia Marinaro Children's Home', with majority of handicapped Children. Also it lodges old people and it makes Distributions of Foods, Clothes and Products of Cleaning and Hygiene to devoid children.
